PPV Specific URL Targetting

I'm new to PPV (so I apologize if this is a dumb question) and starting with 50onRed, but it seems I can only target full domains like songlyrics.com

so I can't target a specific page, like TAYLOR SWIFT - BLANK SPACE LYRICS

Is this true for all PPV traffic sources? If not, what ones will allow me to target specific pages?

    As far as I am aware of they should allow you to use the specific URL's like you show, not just the base domain.

    I have a student who told me they would collect all the exact page URL's from a site and target those. Once he found the best producing ones they would drop the rest.

    With 50onRed you can only target the base domain. They do not allow specific URLs. With some other PPV networks, LeadImpact for example, you can target the entire URL.
