ppv regex on url and/or title - possible?

i plan on investing in ppv, hoping to start with the top tier networks such as TrafficVance and the like..

before i get my hands dirty, i'd like to ask:

1. is it possible to bid on urls and titles?

2. is it possible to use regular expressions?

if the answer to the above is no, then is there any workaround?

    1. You will typically be bidding on URLs and Keywords. URLs mean that pop-up will show when the user visits the particle URL. Keywords mean different things on different PPV networks. For some it means, your pop-up will be triggered when a page is dense with your keyword, other it means when the user searches your keyword.

    2. I'm not sure what you mean by regular expression, but they not common to PPV. Unless I'm drawing a total blank for some reason.

    I typically use urls for ppv, but you can also use keywords ..
