Need Some advise ?

Hello Guys , I want some advise / suggestion from you.. I dip deep down in one product and I found a product with 1600 monthly searches and when i searched that keyword in Google only 720 relevant pages in search result..I want to ask you people how to advertise this product by creating a free blog or paid own site ?? I cannot take ppc traffic as product sale payout is 0.90 cents.

    Create your own hosted blog (hosting doesnt cost much these days), create some good content with call for action at the and then use one or two packets of Angela's backlinks. You will soon rank high for those keywords.
