If someone made me an editor to their fan page can i make a paid campaign on facebook?When i look to the billings section it says to add a credit card.
But i saw on the page of the person who i am "editing" that they do have a credit card conected and that they have spent 40$.
How can i create the campagins the audience and ad sets have the campaigns running.I can`t log into their account or go to their company and spend hours in the ads manager
