Could I get some assistance on affiliating?

So I used to work with Google AdSense but when some twat spammed my ads I had to report myself. I reported myself and asked them to handle it, what happened? Well they deleted my entire account, and now four months later I still haven't gotten a reply on my appeal.
So now I am looking for a new affiliate network. Thing is, I don't want a network who will call me in the activation process. I'd rather take all over email or just a simple signup.
What I am looking for is CPM and such ads, no CPA's.
So I am wondering WF, does anyone have some good ideas? Was thinking of AdBrite but I mailed them and asked about calling, they said they sometimes call at the activation process, so it's a no for me.
