Affiliate Manager B.S.

Man I've had some pretty sh!ty a$$ affiliate Managers up to date. Even on the big networks just some real crappy support. This is the problem I'm having ok.

1. My A.M. seems lost when I ask him (or her) about offers that are converting well with search.

2. There NEVER on AIM (So you cant ask them a question)

3. You call them and it always goes to voice mail

4. You leave them messages and they NEVER call you back!

Can someone recommended some excellent networks to join with good Affiliate Manager service and support? People who KNOW what there talking about?

Copeac, Neverblue and C2M are 3 that come to mind for me. Copeac especially have a great AM named Daniel Bisacco who has always been quick to respond to any issues I've had.

Ruck over at C2M has great knowledge of the CPA industry having been on both sides of it.

Yeah Copeac is great. C2M huh I'll have to give them a try. I've tried getting into neverblue in the past and they've always rejected me.

Appreciate the kind words guys...john - Just relayed your post to Dan,he'll be very happy to hear about this.

IAMX - sorry to hear about your past issues dealing with un-responsive, un-knowledgeable AM's...

If you would like to PM me and tell me the network(s) you're referring to maybe i can give you some other contacts to reach out to.

        All the best.

Can't speak for the other networks but my AM's at Azoogle and Pepperjam are great. Not always easy to catch them on the first call but they always call back asap or with an email.

    ACP, without a doubt best.

but still my AM cares, emails me and so asking me.
I heard good stuff about EWA .

Well..I dont want to self promote. But the company I work for has a great affiliate manager-Boone Riddle. We work pretty hard to make sure our affiliates get what they need.

I can also suggest some other bigger networks just look it up on google. Neverblue is a good one

    Hey iamx,

At CPATrend, we take support extremely seriously and I'm sure many Warriors and others can vouch for this. Why don't you check us out? I'll personally deal with you, and as you can see I'm quite active here, and am almost always online. In addition, if you're approved, you'll receive my phone number and you can contact me at any time. If I don't answer, I will call back.

Feel free to hit me up if you'd like to discuss anything.

    Phil

I have helpful and responsive AMs at EWA, Neverblue and Maxbounty. They all will help me out with issues and will talk to the advertiser when I have a question about the particulars of an offer.

However, I've learned not to expect answers about which offers convert the best, etc. I often just get generic answers, or suggestion to just keep testing. The answers they provide are usually taken right from the info that's already available on their site.

It's their job to manage affiliates, not teach us how to make money -- they can just clarify rules, help me with payout issues, etc.

For support, I must say EnvyusMedia. My AM is Brian, who is also the owner. He's always reachable day in and day out. Can't ask for more.

I dont want to throw any mud as Im currently frustrated with some people from certain compaines... so I'll take a moment to shine a light on people who I've considered good AMs I've had/have.

      In no order:

Ruck and Mike from C2M- I dont work with him directly but he is responsible for many affiliates hitting it big. Everytime Ive had a problem with anything on C2M I've been able to speak to him or Mike directly and get it cleared up.

Andre from EWA/Blam- gave me a profitable campaign in passing. He just mentioned it randomly in a AIM conversation, I tried it and made a few hundred dollars in a few days.

Pretty much all my AMs at Market Leverage- always willing to answer questions and get me approved for the offers I want. Only problem is the high turnover at ML sometimes you log in and your AM has changed suddenly.

Yousif of PKM- like me he doesnt sleep. If I need an offer and he can get it, I get it. If I ask him about a few offers he keeps it real with me and tells me which ones are crapping out, and which ones are good.

I was under Daniel at Copeac (before I got deactivated randomly) +1 on him being a good one as well.

I'm probably forgetting someone but thats off the top of my head.

Our account managers are on 11 hours a day, 6 days a week and usually on even longer answering emails at night. I'm personally available 7 days a week upwards of 18hours a day online.

I like to stick in the trenches myself, see how everything is going and offer my help to affiliates that choose to reach out to me.

It's funny people mention copeac as having good am as my copeac am does exactly what the op mentioned and is easily my worst am, period. (which is why i never run traffic with them)

Goes to show you its more the am you end up with and not the network.

Sarafina...i apologize for your past experiences with COPEAC and i promise you i will do everything in my power to make sure this never happens again if you decide to work with COPEAC again...

To make sure the issue is addressed and doesn't happen again, would you mind emailing me at your earliest convenience and let me know who your rep was so i can handle accordingly?

If your AM is not responsive you should ask for a new AM. Especially in the bigger networks where they have 10-20 AM's.

I'm already a member of A4D smaxor, my AM told me most of their offers are compatible with PPV and not so much search content network etc.

As far as EWA I'm already a member, I could NEVER get into Neverblue so I just gave up on them.
