Hey is FSR easy to customize (sorry for being off-topic)? I was planning to buy it myself but I have no intention of paying a designer hundreds of dollars for what might be simple adjustments.

Here is what the website says

Not open-source. The app is compiled PHP and using MySQL. You must have IONCUBE on the server. The layout can be totally customized as the CSS is open.

They could detect illegal use because it sends info bits to the FSR HQ. There are monthly license or annual license.

If you know how to modify smarty templates then you should be good to go. I know a good designer who does great work for a reasonable price. If you would like his contact details, shoot me a PM.
