ok here is my understanding:

I am going to invest about $20 bucks per campaign with facebook

Niche: dating

Likes/interests: dating, girls, women, relationships

I will get a few pictures of some hot bi***s and make about 5 adcopies

I submit them until they get approved

Am I on the right track?

Can I expect to see any profit?

If not, What do I need to change?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Looks good,

if you get nice ctr with cpc campaign you can test cpm campaign with the same pics, you might be able to attain less cpc.

I don't think $20 is enough to bother with to be honest.

    Hmm... there are some problems...

First, $20 is too low, you will need to spend about $150 - $300 to find a campaign. Maybe more if you don't know very well what you're doing.

Second, images of hot b***** will probably never get approved. Choose images of beautiful girls and women, but nothing too hot, then test as many images as you can until you get a good CTR that will allow you to get a low CPC.

while you are doing yourhomework, you could put those same "likes" in your profile so that when you check your own page, youcan see your competition for the same niche by looking at the ads!

        Thanks guys,

about the $20 bucks... I was thinking spend about $20 bucks on a campaign,
if it makes at least a little bit of profit with that then i scale it up,
then if it still makes profit, then i want to scale up to the hundreds

I cant start spending all I have on ppc because I still help my parents with the bills and my parents are counting on me to make at least 60 - 70 a day so we can survive..

        what do you think?

You can't get the clear picture with only $20. Also, the dating niche is going to be expensive too.

You'll only get a few clicks for $20 and depending on the time of day, day of the week, targeting, etc can factor into your results.

The reason most people test with $200 or so is because from there you can look at the data, see what worked, what didn't (thanks to tracking) and then see if you can take the working data and make it profitable... or not.

$20 is something to laugh at... especially in the dating niche. If your testing $20 you should start with a very very simple offer like email/zip submits. While I doubt it will be enough even for that, you'll probably make a few bucks at least.

If I wanna do email/zip submits don't I need to cloak?

I heard the only offers you do not need to cloak are dating offers..

              There's ways of doing it...

My main point is that your jumping into a huge competitive market with no money to invest and it's not going to work. If you only have $20, you need to get into really small cheap markets or find a better place to invest that $20.

I agree with those guys up there that says $20 is definitely not enough, even if you only want to test. I suggest build up your budget, or just try looking for those Facebook Ads coupon that are floating around. If you are lucky, you can get one of those $100 coupons.

On a very high level, yes this is the general idea, however there are many holes that need to be filled in as well as formalities

You can do direct media buys with that small amount, you will be more profitable. $20 will get spent on facebook within 20 seconds unless you set daily cap

I've always been told that Facebook ad vouchers are a red flag, so I've stayed away from them, but maybe not. Do your homework first.

You have the general idea, but as others have mentioned, there is more detail for you to fill in.

Everyone learns differently, and some people hit on things sooner than others. Personally I spent about $600 on Facebook before things started clickin and I started turning profitable. That doesn't mean it can't be done for less, far from it. But I do agree, $20 probably won't get you anything.

Facebook, like everything is also a numbers game. Expect to submit tons of ads to find a few that work. Also, FB is getting extremely rigid with their approvals. Look for attractive people and images that grab attention (but are relevant to your offer). If you submit a bunch of boob shots, lots of skin, hell lately even just a fully clothed girl sittin on her bed, odds are the ad will be rejected.

With FB, it's important to target well. Like anything else, put yourself in the browser's shoes. Would you click on your ads? Try to approach it from the mindset of your market. Facebook and dating are very old friends, but there is a lot of competition out there. It takes a lot of work, but it's definitely still doable.
