Why is 7search so cheap?

I dont understand how they can afford to keep their bid prices so low because the traffic quality is not crap if you know what your doing. Can anyone explain it to me?

    Really, the bid prices are also more or less controlled by advertisers competing for traffic, so I don't think they have nearly as many advertisers are bing or google

      Right on. 7search is based on biding system and there aren't too many advertisers biding.
      But the rates are increasing in 7search nowadays because many people have started to use them.

      -Do not have volume, Large advertiser would rather spend their time optimizing other sources.
      -Traffic is not stable, One day you will see 4% conversion other day 0

      Having said that, Bids are moving up there as well.
