Usually your promoting a pretty high end offer via Clickbank. Do those of you that promote Clickbank via PPV directlink, or build lists?

Do you have decent luck selling Clickbank products by directlinking?

i do not promote cb offers via ppv but i would build a list (around the offer) with ppv

p.s.: since ppv is like an interruption marketing it is harder to convince people to immediately grab their cc and pay. but filling out a simple sign up form is much easier with ppv

Most of them. PeerFly is definitely one of the top CPA networks and Luke is active here as well.

You could use PPV methods to capture email addresses and then send your subscribers some offers from Clickbank interspersed with content emails. If you don't want to try that you can choose one of the top offers available on cbengine sorted by category.
