All OK but conversions

I am trying to run an offer at the moment via Maxbounty its CPS pay out $30
I have spent near $300 on it so far and not one conversion

The rest of the stats are ok
With one traffic source I am getting a CTR of 0.21
an other (media buy) 1.6%

I contacted my AM who sugested a landing page
Did one and it has been up for 24 hrs and has a CTR of 10% so far

I have gotten 905 hits to the offer but no conversion

Is it time to scrap it
any ideas

    Lots of variables here:

    -Look of landing page.
    -Offer.
    -Price
    etc.

    I would say it may not be time to scrap everything, but probably time to scrap the current method you are using to promote this offer.

    I am happy with my LP CTR of 10%
    The price is verry low

    I am paying aprox 22c per click and am happpy with the volume of traffic

    I am going to look at the offer and see if I can find something better

    Most of the traffic is from Bing and I have noticed most of it is from the content network not search
    Does that matter in general
