Best Network for Split-Testing Multiple Banners?

I'm currently using AdBlade, but it allows only a handful of banners to be added per day.

With that in mind, what are some good networks for testing

1) multiple 300x250 banners simultaneously
2) while targeting by gender?

The more banners that can be added and/or tested at once, the better.

    sprawl we can provide this, unlimited banners to unlimited landing pages... we are a ppc network.

    How ever the gender targeting is campaign specific not banner specific, so you would need to set up a male and female campaign if you want to separate banners by gender.
