Suggestions on growing a social network?

Hi all,

I've lurked around here for a while, you seem like a great crowd so I thought I would ask for advice.

I have a social network where people chat with each other, usually romantic interest, young people. Do you have any suggestions on how I can drive real USA traffic at <$0.10 CPC? Word of mouth is spreading a little, but I'm looking to grow the network as big and fast as possible preferably.

Also, any suggestions/tricks you have on how I could grow the site would be great. I've been blown away in the past by some of the things I discovered here, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone were to just lay down some awesome ideas that will leave me scratching my head.

Please ask any questions if it'll help you advise better. Thanks!

    For the advice you seek, I will say facebook ad has one of the best geo targeting as far as CPC is concerned. And you can target people who are interested in and talking about what your site is focused on. Also their CPC is about the cheapest among the top PPC ad network.

      Thanks man. I've tried Facebook Ads before, seems to work pretty well for targeting some countries, but is it just me or do they have a lot of bots clicking on ads randomly? Google Analytics does not match my ad clicks at all, usually there's twice as many clicks as there are sessions reported.

    Man, I would love US traffic for under $0.10.

    Your best bet is social media: facebook, pinterest, instagram, twitter and so on. Any paid traffic from US for under 10 cents is usually crap.
