17 years old, get accepted into CPA network?

Hello all!

First off, I know this is my first post here on the warrior forums, but I've been a part of the digitalpoint forums for quite awhile, so I don't consider myself to be totally new to trying to make money on the net. If you haven't picked it up off the title, I'm currently only 17, and was really wondering if its possible for me to get into small-scale CPA at my age?

When I was 14 I had my first website, which in a 3 year period made about $300. Which I know is pathetic to most of you, but it was a start. It was a simple blog that had Adsense ads on it. Now because the google ToS said you had to be 18, I signed up under my dads name (with his approval of course) and then just cashed the 3 checks I got in my name. I no longer have that website, and was really looking to get into a bigger scale (on my own scale of course) return (say $20/day?), and thought that maybe, just maybe that could be achieved thought CPA.

I have read both Kenster's rags2riches, and the netflix tricks, and think I'm going to start with the "MUROF method" for those of you that have read the mix of netflix tricks ebook.

Anyway, anyway, my real question is that, can I get accepted into any CPA network as a 17 year old? I'm in the US if that means anything, and I've done a little research, and apparently your SSN doesn't directly tell your birthday, so I don't think they'd have any way of knowing. Oh and I read through all of MaxBounty's ToS, and there was nothing in there regarding age, so I'm thinking its possible.

Just some advice from you guys would be nice, and if you want to throw out any noobie-CPA networks for myself, I'd appreciate that too!

Cheers.

I was accepted into Max Bounty before being 18. That was a few years ago though

I would just try calling any CPA network before you sign-up they should be able to help.

Thanks for the quick reply. So your saying I should give them a call before hand? And in your case, had you been a part of any other CPA networks when you went to and signed up for Max Bounty?

I got accepted at my early 16 age.. I'm 17 too

There are hundreds of methods to make money online with CPA..

One thing I should tell you though... I got a little too excited and was jumping all over the place: craigslist to articles to YouTube to Facebook to Microsoft adcenter back to Facebook and now back to articles...

My advice is look for 1 method... Research it.. If it looks do-able, go for it and stick with it... Stick with it untill you have mastered it, then you can move on to something more difficult but higher income

    You dig?

Really appreciate that tip. I'll be sure to keep it in mind.

And if I may, what was your first CPA network, and what kinda money work you making? Cause when you say the word "income" I think of like $50K+, which probably is quite a stretch, but when I think of making money on the net, at least now, I think of it more as a hobby, than a real "occupation". Like you I'm still in school, so I can't quite sit at my computer all day mastering CPA till I'm blue in the face.

Anyway, thanks again. And yes, I dig.

Well I started out like all the other noobs... Blackhatting, craigslist.. I was making pennies but I had no clue on how this stuff really worked..

My first network was peerfly (got banned for blackhatting ) but now I'm with a bunch of other networks and staying as far away from blackhat as possible.

I've been in this industry for about 2 years now and I am happy with how far I have gotten.. I understand things that I never thought I would have been capable of understanding before..

Currently I am not running anything because I'm learning a new method and taking a little break.. I once almost reached my goal of 100 bucks a day (87 in a day) but that method died down and I don't have time to do the worked required for it now..

But 50k+ is possible... Just requires a looong journey and a lot of work

Hmmm, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. They take your SSN just for reporting earned income as required by tax laws, so I don't think they can even tell your age.

Just keep in mind that Netflix is tight now, so of course that is essential to do the MUROF method. But, I bet with a little creativity, you can take that same concept with another offer!

Netflix is not going to be back for awhile. It will be almost impossible to get approved for their program.

    Good Luck

I was accepted into my first cpa network at 15.

No reason you can't do it as well. Nothing as the impossible. And I never did small-scale cpa either Just keep focused and stay positive, you'll hit your goals.

Just get your parents to make an account on your behalf. That's what I do for adsense.

No big deal, just call them up personally.

      They will mainly ask:

      How are you generating traffic?
      Traffic volume?
      Verticals (niches) that you specialize?

Then they will tell you (rather excitedly) about some of the offers that they think that are converting well.

      Prepare for those questions.

The key is still calling them up personally.

    Congrats on our previous $!

Welcome to WF, if you do join up at any CPA's in your dad's / families names, ALWAYS get your signer to call up the network, this way you WILL not have your account closed and they will know that you are not controling an account that under the age of 18 is against their TOS and in some states 21 is the signup age.

You will do well to start with plain, simple white single page CPA product pages with a little mix of social network and direct traffic, earn a little, then reinvest it as you go along to make more!

    Hope that helps :-)
