I was asked to prepare a quotation for a PPC campaign by my boss. As I am new to it, Its hard to understand what a quotation is and how can I prepare it for a particular set of keywords. Also, How can I calculate the total average cost to be spent on a PPC campaign? Need help as soon as possible.

This is really hard to know, before starting the campaign. Your boss should not be familiar with how PPC exactly works if he wants that information from you. The only thing you can do is to check the estimated CPC from the Keyword planner, but it's actually impossible to know the real values and to calculate your spending.
Tell him this can be determined after some time and from the beginning. So I would say something like - let's start with $500 and see if we any positive impact on our products. Of course you will not waste the money in 1-2 days, nor spend them all if there are no results, but at least you will able to check the competition and get an idea about costs.

    Hope that helps.

I did said that too only. But he said atleast give a rough Idea. I mean How can I give an Idea if he is not telling me the budget per day he wanna spend? I told him and made him understand with my best efforts but he just want to get the idea. So I did exactly what willyboy104 said. Its not at all easy to tell this.
One way that I think is calculating the clicks on every keyword and according to them estimated budget can be finalized.

It is pretty impossible to tell without testing like Svetod said. I would try explaining that to your boss maybe, I know it isn't what he or she probably wants to hear, but it could be better than a later disappointment.

You would simply create an average CPC...

Go to Google Keyword Planner, select all the keywords you would like to bid on.

Then export, go to Excel and highlight the cell 'suggested bid' then in the bottom right it will show you an average CPC.

With the average CPC you can then work it around two ways:

    1. Based on the amount of clicks you want.

    2. Based on the amount of budget you want to spend.

For a forecast I would generally create 3 different proposals at 3 different amounts of clicks or 3 different budgets.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Exactly I did the same, but then I got confused. but for that I have to choose a budget amount, so I opted for Rs.500 per day. And the total cost came as 1813.96 and the estimated clicks are 1073.3 I am confused that is it just Rs1813.96 for a day(I have chosen 6 Keywords) but I selected to calculate it for a month. So Should I have to multiply the cost with the number of days to get the estimated cost for the campaign ? Or its the final value?

Your better off talking to your boss to fully understand what he or she is expecting in a quote..
