2. Go To http://www.livepr.info
3. Look for Internal Pages PR and type in 1 by 1 the URL’s provided
above.
4. Click to check for internal pages PR.
5. Open a different browser and paste in the high Page rank URL.
Comment
on that page and get a backlink.
6. Do this again and again get it?
7. Wait and see what happens to your backlinks, site index, traffic,
earnings
8. Ideally start with lower PR and work your way up.
I state this due to fact that SEO Algorythms are quick to spot trends.
You would be keen to mix up the PR Backlinks so that you are not
listing all high PR backlinking at same time. (Your Choice!)

you are welcome my friend my advice is to organize your logins because you can get lost google toolbar has a great login manager it works like roboform exactly but its free

It's the PR of the page with your link that matters.

Find a page with comments then search for the url of that page. What is the PR of that page? What is the PR of the User Profile pages.

Some high PR home pages do not actually correlate with high pr comment pages or profile pages.

These lists are a double edged sword. May work for you or may become saturated and be a waste of time. Good intent though.

Is it enough to register at the website and put your URLs in your profile or do you have to actually make some blog/forum posts?

what you are saying is very true if you just throw your link in the profile it doesnt count too much but by following my advice you can find some pages especially old one that have a decent pr and from my experience they arent saturated you can find those by putting some time and energy in the process

but a link is always a link even if it get saturated it will not harm your rankings,still if you do a good research you will find high pr non staurated pages that you can comment on them for a great link juice

the trick that works great for profile link is rss submit just use an rss pinging service and ping the profile page like that google will notice it and crawl it as a result

if you go further and follow the steps mentioned in the post by finding the hiigh pr sub pages you will get more benefits than just puting your link on the profile hope that helps

From my experience with Angela and Paul's services I can say that some of the link juice really does pass from high PR main pages to your links, even if your profile or other links aren't on the home page.

It can take up to 6 months...yeah I know not really what you wanted to hear.

I make a list of all of my profile URL's once they are made and then use Pingler to submit them....typically they get indexed immediately if I do it that way.

I tried to follow your steps but the website livepr.info that you listed isn't working so its hard to figure out how to find pages that I can leave comments on. Could you clarify how you find the pages where you can leave comments?

Depends on the techniques used to find the backlinks. Last submission I did took less than a day to show up for most of them. IF Paula nd angela don't mix their methods then some might not show up at all unless you do something to make them show up.

Some links will show quite quickly whiles others will never show. I find that if I make 10 links 3 or 4 will turn up in yahoo with in a week or so. Google never show a true representation of your back links.

It helps to get links from sites in your niche but high PR links from any site is always good. It will help if you link from keyword anchor text. Say you were in the dating niche then use something like datinggirl as your user/poster name.

1. What tool do you use to find out the PR of the particular page you are on.
2. When I registered with msn and make a post my username appears beside the post but only links back to my profile. Is there any point posting in that case.

It was good to find this list, but I have been having a gander through some of them just now and it is difficult to find any opportunities to place links. As an example, I set up an account with PhysOrg and you could not leave any links in your main profile. I then headed to the most popular news stories and they're extremely strict about shared links, in that they must be relevant to the conversation in question and after two months comments become closed anyway. Looking across other sites here, they wasn't even the opportunity to place any links anywhere. Although the list looks impressive, you'll probably waste a good few hours trying to link build here. Just a warning to others.
