I know mixing up all methods in a good proportion is the best way, but still want to see which methods you prefer more, as different people have different tastes based on their experience, knowledge and availability of resources and time.

1. Do follow Blog Commenting ( only to website with the same keywords/niche ) 5 comment for every my site/weeks
2. Profile Backlinks ( on random website ) 5 random website with free sign up every weeks for every my site
3. Article Submission ( best top 10 ) ====> do submission if i got new content to publish at my site

with do 3 simple steps above, i can hold my page site at page #1 google for almost 50% of my keywords, the rest got at page #2 or #3. in only 2-3 months.

I guess only one person even mentioned close to what should be your favorite.

SEO begins and ends with what should be everybody's favorites:

Quality content
Correct title tags
canonical urls
site structure/internal linking

So many people concentrate on very low level stuff first instead of getting
their house in order.

This thread is nothing more than extolling the virtues of common and very low level backlinking.

It should be titled, what are your favorite methods of backlinking.

Content and relevant backlinks. Those 2 sum up everything.

My most preferred method? Outsourcing.

When I was committing myself to the Draconian, sweat shop, no sleep for 3 days, coffee buzzed life of an SEO addict I guess I could say #1. I didn't mind finding relevant high PR blogs and posting comments because looking for the right blogs was a bit like detective work, and I actually learned a lot from joining in some ongoing blog conversations.

I would think at a minimum you need relevant, interesting content on your website -- that's not duplicate, and is constantly updating. Then as you point links to your website with the same keywords on your site, then you'll drive good link juice.

The best way? I would think hi PR websites that have similar relavant content. The best ones are the rarest that others don't use -- likely edu and gov. Right?

I love submitting articles to directories as you do get a backlink in the end. I hate blog commenting though as they're always spammed out.

Then:

Spam my links all over the internet (scrapebox usually works just fine for this)

And blast my site over and over with articles through AMR (article marketing robot)

My favourite SEO method is outsourcing everything related to SEO, directory site submissions, on page SEO, backlinks, Yahoo Answers. I think it's more important for me to focus on my business than to waste my time working (the whole point of having an online business is to have more time and enough money to do what I like - for me at least)
