Free Keyword Research - Giving away free niche keywords with domains available every couple of days

Hello,

I've found quite a bit of use from this forum and wanted to give something back. I see quite a few people asking about KW research for niche Adsense sites and I thought that since we're doing so much KW research ourselves for sites, I might as knock out a few more and give them away here for free...a Pay It Forward, so to speak.

Some might disagree about whether they're great, they'll make you money, etc...but I assure you they're the same type of keywords we're using and finding success with. The domains available will be exact match and will be .com, .net, or .org and I'll list associated stats with the keywords as well. Using Market Samurai for keyword research, although manual searches and other tools work just as well...I just like MS.

Exact Searches: 1,300
SEO Competition: 63.5K
AdWords CPC: $2.39
Advertisers (1-5, lowest to highest): 4, which is good...but plenty of searches outside the US for this though...
First Page Difficulty (1-5, hardest to easiest): 2, lots of actual balloon companies on there, but images might help


Keyword: custom birthday invitations
Domain: custombirthdayinvitations.org
Exact Searches: 1,600
SEO Competition: 35.6K
AdWords CPC: $1.73
Advertisers (1-5, lowest to highest): 5, plenty of advertisers, mostly US search
First Page Difficulty (1-5, hardest to easiest): 3, less title competition and EMD will help here


Keyword: Harry Potter birthday
Domain: harrypotterbirthday.net
Exact Searches: 3,600
SEO Competition: 68K
AdWords CPC: $0.60 (a bit low, but lots of searches...find higher cpc for secondary pages on the site)
Advertisers (1-5, lowest to highest): 3
First Page Difficulty (1-5, hardest to easiest): 4 or 5, first spot is a trivia answer, some silly sites on the first page of the SERP, etc.

Advertisers (1-5, lowest to highest): 5, but plenty of searches outside the US (UK maybe? didn't check)
First Page Difficulty (1-5, hardest to easiest): 2, a bit difficult, plenty of fencing companies, but the titles look weak

Exact Searches: 1,600
SEO Competition: 88.8K
AdWords CPC: $1.20
Advertisers (1-5, lowest to highest): 4, plenty of advertisers, mostly US search

Yeah....your keyword research is fine for adsense micro niche sites !

It's not so usual.... people sharing so much details about micro niches !

You can also create a membership site....revealing keyword research via email each day (free or low cost service)

@Derek - Hmmm...a WSO? (Dollar signs flashing) Lol, Nah...just doing it for free.

We've really been thinking about how we can sell/share our success and sell site creation but we run into these two problems:

A) If we mark it up and make a profit, we take a good bit of value away from the customer
B) If I'm going to have our people working on sites...why wouldn't I just keep them and have them work on our own?

To be honest, I'd say your exact monthly searches are too low. I only ever buy exact match domains for keywords that have at least 3k exact monthly searches and at least $1 CPC.

Also a few of your keywords have trademarked/copyrighted terms such as 'harry potter', 'jamba juice' and 'Mundial'.

Have you considered setting up an email list to share your free keyword research/domains ?

While the searches are a little low, these keyword will, for sure, be easy enough to rank and make some money on. I wouldn't expect these to be $5/day sites, but they could easily pull in $10-$15/month or more in most cases.

You're definitely right about the trademarked names of course...but most of the time you won't hear anything and they won't have a problem. Still, use them at your own risk.

I hadn't thought about the email list for keywords, actually. We haven't done any list building at all up to this point...I've just started looking into it now. Do you think people would like that?

Definitely plus these keywords like that would be extremely easy to rank with EMDs, you could fully create at least 5 a month and you'd have a very nice passive income from them.

Personally I prefer slightly higher traffic keywords and then adding to those sites with long tail keywords over time.
