Default How to leave no footprint

Hello,

I have a couple questions about making sure I do not leave a footprint when blasting links.

I have been setting up autoblogs to link to my money site and want to make sure there is no way for google to link them to me. I am taking the following steps to cover it up and am wondering if it is eneough

1. Block Whois- I am making the whois information for my money site private. The autoblogs are registered under my name and are visible, do i need to block those as well or is blocking the money whois info eneough?

2. Hosting- I am using a different hosting account for the autoblogs but with the same hosting provider. hostgator. With the different accounts i have different name servers, is that enough protection? should i use an entirely different hosting providor?

3. i read somewhere about covering up my IP but could someone please explain this further to me as I do not understand it.

Any other tips on covering up my footprint would be much appreciated, thanks.

You want the links to your site coming from a variety of IP addresses. Chances are if you are hosting them all with one hosting company the IP diversity is very low. In your case they could even be the same as your money site. If you have just a few sites I would open up hosting accounts in a wide range of geographical locations to put your sites on. If you have a lot of them then you may want to look into some of the seo hosting companies that specialize in giving you accounts with multiple IP's

how do i make my links come from a wide range of geographical locations? do i find hosting companies in different locations? can i get a reseller account and just create a different account for each individual autoblog?

do you know of any hosting companies that give accounts with multiple ip's?

thanks for your help

That would be the easiest way. Generally speaking you only get two IP's with a normal reseller account. You can request more but a lot of times they will not be different class C's which you want.

There are some companies that specialize in seo hosting that will give you different class C IP's when you open your account. How many sites are we talking about? It really make a difference in a recommendation.

I have pretty good luck with webhostinplex and testing out ideastack now with decent results so far.

Stay away from seo-host and ccclassiphosting as both of their support more than sucks and seo-host can not keep their severs up.

Now I do not run autoblogs (which tend to take up a bit more resources so you may need to check and make sure that they will work OK and not be a problem before you move all your sites.

One thing.

I think you have the WhoIs protection backwards.

You have a bunch of sites, all registered in your name, pointing to the same site. That, potentially, leaves a big footprint.

You would want the sites you are linking to your main site to have the WhoIs privacy. The money site doesn't really matter.

one more thing, if i get the seo hosting, can i also host my money site on it with the autoblogs or would it be best to just keep it completely separate?

I have a network of sites. A couple of them are "main" sites, getting more links than others. I use several hosts. All domains are registered in my name. For these domains/sites I already have (maybe 20), should I go and put them all on dedicated IPs and make the domains private, or is it too late? Meaning, Google should already "know" the original registrant info, etc. (However, I have had good results for SERP.)
