Just found this site that will generate a disclaimer page for your site. This is good for all your PPC people looking for good quality score. And, Google like's to see these pages, along with privacy pages; even on landing pages.

      You've just come across the WORST disclaimer generator imaginable. As an attorney let me say that using nothing may be better than that Priority Digital crap.

      We're potentially talking big dollars here - your life savings and a lot of headaches - if you get this wrong and a legal issue pops up.

      A couple years ago I created the Webmaster Legal Guide - which is still linked in my signature below.

      Primary among the reasons for creating this was to provide an inexpensive, competent, explanatory resource and disclaimer that Warriors can use. One that is actually effective in doing what it is supposed to do: stop lawsuits from being filed - not encourage them.
