The more questions people ask on Yahoo Answers, the more insight and insider knowledge you will gain when it comes to learning what needs to be done if you want to connect with your prospects on a deeper level.

But perhaps one of the greatest sources of feedback can come from your existing customers. Simply mail them out a survey card (or lead them to your website where they can do the survey), and analyze the results. Of course you will want to give them a free gift for completing the survey, but the information that you gain from this research will be invaluable. This is something that you will definitely want to do.

Learning about people's buying behavior and offering them the right products at the right time will help you to have the success in your business that you're looking for. Like I said it will take a little market research, but once you do the research, you can pretty much write your own ticket, and make your business success.
