Joomla! 1.5.7 has been released and is a security update with a number of bug fixes, improvements as well as security fixes.

I strongly recommended that you upgrade immediately.

    One of the bits of security code in 1.5.7 only works in php 5. In php 4 it causes problems.

    Get the workaround here >> Joomla! 1.5.7 upgrade
