Companies struggle with their workflows being too complex. If there aren't many workflows to worry about, then the question of efficiency come into picture. Everything takes too much time!
We need answers all the time. Who did what and when and has something finished? We need information for this immediately. So we need to search through data highly efficiently.
I can solve huge part of the PROBLEM!
I have done a research for 5 years.
What is it everyone wants? More power so you can live as you wish. You need more money for this. So you need more profit. To achieve this, you need to develop yourself and your workflows.
The result of my research: YOU NEED TO SIMPLIFY THINGS TO BE ABLE TO DEVELOP EVERYTHING AND BECOME MORE EFFICIENT.
With simpler processes you get more control and so more stability. Things get faster and easier, So you save TIME. Time is money, so this creates more profit!
So the KEY is to SIMPLIFY whatever you can.
Can we really simplify things? YES.
How?
Softwares are complex. It makes our whole environment and life complex. We cannot bend our own tools for our demands because we don't know how they work. They're like a black box. No wonder we cannot be real efficient with 'em.
LET'S GET RID OF OUR NASTY BARRIERS!
We need to skip many many steps in our processes that are originating from complex software designs with many submenus and hard to reach functions. We need to make ourselves be able to control our work without IT professionals and without learning new software products endlessly again and again.
The 3 basic functions that we need are these:
- STORE IT (store any kind of data the way we need it at once - type it and hit plus button)
- SEARCH IT (search for anything extremely easily so we can make important decisions immediately - type some chars and hit enter)
- ANALYZE IT (analyze the stored data to get answers to our essential questions - single click please, no toleration!)
If you got a project to manage or stuffs to sell or a dozen processes to keep track of, just think of tables with files in them, way off easier!
