You might want to consider below suggestions
1. If you could optimize your design more that will help conversions.
2. Also if you could add some Testimonials, that will build your Visitors confidence for your services.
3. Restructure information considering user perspective.
4. You can also use ready Landing Page Template which is already optimized for conversion and simply replace your text and images.
5. Call To Action is very important for better conversion, Optimize your button text, color and placement.

I hope this will help and will serve your purpose.

You may consider these suggestions for a high converting landing page
1. Killer Headline.
2. Persuasive Subheadline.
3. Pictures : The pictures should be relevant to your product or service.
4. An Explanation : Your explanation can be integrated with your headline, or completely separate.
5. Value Proposition or Benefits : Benefits should be clearly focused on the user. It’s easy to drift off mark with benefits, and start talking about yourself as a company.
6. Logical Flow.
7. Something about Pain : Be sure to relieve the pain. Your product or service is provided as an antidote to the pain. Don’t leave the user wallowing in the pain. Draw it to a conclusion by featuring the answer to the pain.
8. Something about Pleasure : Just as humans are pain-avoiding machines, we are also pleasure-seeking animals. Every human is motivated by the desire to gain pleasure, which can have a variety of forms.
9. Trustworthy Testimonials.
10. Methods of Contact.
11. A Guarantee : Customers love guarantees. A guarantee, regardless of what it is or how it’s presented, can help people feel reassured while on your landing page.
12. Powerful Call to Action : The last position is for the most important element of all — the call to action. No element listed in this article is as important as your call to action.

I hope this will help to you create a high converting landing page.

You can also add a relevant video that starts auto playing as soon as one lands on your page.

Lots of good advice from the others. As I saw it the page did not immediately jump out at me with what the product really was. I think a video to replace your picture would be better and an eye catching headline.

14 clicks is insufficient quantity to determine anything.

You need a couple hundred at at least.

Sorry your budget isn't supporting that...I guess you need to find another traffic source.

hi blue thanks for your reply

i had made the page as if it is a review from someone . i did not made it look like a direct sales page aggressively pitching for the offer. should i do that ? i thought a decent review like page would be best .People are still clicking on my affiliate page . should i create a more aggressive sales type page ?

Please help

What emotion are you trying to induce with that purple border?

Why is the main photo scaled improperly? (I know...the site css does that. But it looks bad to the eye.)

Full width sites can be hard to read.

The gray of the font is a bit light. The formatting of line types is also odd. Images at bottom are different sizes--why?

"Oblized" is not a word in English.

First time I visited, I could have sworn a popup with a rainbow came up...but I can't find it again. That does not match the personality of the site.

The site does not exude professionalism.

I looked at the other pages, but there's no reason for the visitor to do so.

Re: Please review My landing Page

I would want to know a lot about your targeting of traffic first.

There's a big disconnect about look between
your page and the page you send them to.

Even if you match your's to the page you are sending them to,
it's an extra step for a person with an emergency.

The car owner is already having to take an extra step
in getting 3 quotes.

With that in mind, I'd start out testing a very basic
landing page message...like...

CLICK
here to get 3 quotes for your cracked windscreen
so you aren't ripped off and are back on the road fast.

[ button ]

Let's break down why we've done this...

1 Telling the reader what to do first so that there is no confusion.

2 Telling the reader what he/she get's in return for taking the action.

3 Giving a reason why it will be a benefit,
which is hitting the fear of being ripped off.

4 And the final most desired outcome given,
getting back on the road fast.

Everything else is stripped out
so the reader get's to the point of seeing if you can be of help...super fast.

Remember, it's an emergency!

Best,
Ewen

The copy is there but it needs to be formatted differently. A sleeker design may convert more as well. I would also suggest using a responsive layout that way a mobile user can view it easily.

I tried it on my mobile and a pop up comes on.

You tell us you want to send readers to the
page where they get 3 quotes and you now
are wanting them to sign up for something completely different.

Choose one or the other.

Remove all the text under the headline I gave you.
because you have enough to test.

Best,
Ewen

Looks traffic ready.

Once you get enough traffic to it,
then you can split test the image, message,
colors and button text and colors.

What's most likely will make the biggest difference is
your source of traffic.

1. Fix your grammer in the headline. (I'm not a grammer Nazi, I'm just looking out for you)
2. Sell the sizzle not the steak. (People don't care about the quotes, they want results)
3. Get a custom .com domain for that service.

Hope this helped,

Do not use the term "ripped off" with prospects. Those are the last words you want to put in your prospects mind before asking them to convert.

Also, you are bouncing people to an entirely new website before getting their info. Can you open that affiliate link in an iframe on your own template? If so, it's less jarring and therefore more trustworthy.

I would say "Compare Windshield Replacement Options From Local Companies At No Additional Cost"

I also would take the twitter logo out of your button as well.

The headline is the simplest to fix, an 8-12 keyword impactful statement of what you do. Kick up the button size a bit too. Show more (zoom out) of the tech working on the window with a happy women looking onward.

"Get 3 Instant Quotes In Minutes For Repair Of Your Cracked Windshield"

The science behind the landing page is not a one size fits all, it depends on your audience, the demand and sometimes the season.

Hope it helps.

Here are some examples of landing pages Landing Page Rush – Find out what your competition is using for a landing page.

Conversion Magnet - Instapage Premium accounts for $39/mo, normally $99/mo.

Re: Please review My landing Page

hi,

Hope you still on this project.
I would start by changing the headline by qualifying the lead that you should do also in your Bing ad banner. It could sound like that:

Windshield Broken And Seeking For Expert Advise?
Get Best Quotes By
Clicking The Button Below

[Show ME How]

In my opinion i would rather click a link because i need that service. Every time qualify your leads because you cant serve all. and also note that your target market goes most of the time to a mechanc and he recommands then windshield changing places. I hope i could help and let me see if you like and implemant this in your project. I hope you have success with it if you implemant this.
Best regards
Michael

Your landing page has very small call to action button compare to the large font and image. It gives no reason to the visitor to get a quote or click on anything. For instance why should I trust you, any testimonial which are visble right away, or a video or some text to actually optimise it for search engines.
There is a lot that needs to be changed if you want to have more click, read more into Conversion optimisation.
