RATE MY LANDING PAGE?

Hello,

This is my first ever landing page, I know it's cheesy but let me know what you think.

SECRET COPY & PASTE FORMULA GENERATES ORDINARY PEOPLE EXTRAORDINARY INCOMES FROM HOME

Also, how should I start driving traffic to my page since I'm in the "make money" niche?
I'm mostly interested in paid traffic. I know I could purchase solo ads, Facebook ads, etc..however, which of the following would be a wise investment to drive targeted traffic interested in making money.

Thanks!

The input box for the email isn't very clear, I would dmake it jump out a little more, now it's white input field vs white/blue transpart background. For the rest it looks good to me.

Page seems to load a bit slow as well so you might want to consider switching to a faster host (though could have to do with my internet as well of course).

As for paid traffic I would use PPV (you can buy pop under traffic for $5-$12 per 1000 visitors and I know someone being quiet succesful with that), Bing PPC would probably also be a good alternative.

I would stay away from solo ads, too many scams out there.

Your main statement needs work. Probably a rewrite. It's confusing.

You also need to optimize the background image. It loads pretty slow.

I love the background but as a few suggest, play around with the wording and be more simple - I find that the more simple my wording is and when I use bullet points, the higher the conversion rates

When your claim exceeds your ability to prove it, sales go down (or in extreme cases, sales will be non-existent). If nobody believes you, nobody will buy.

Making big money via copy and pasting isn't particularly believable. It's worth coming up with a different claim that is believable.

It's in the mmo niche albeit you're still getting starting - how can you teach others how to make money online if you never done it - it's exactly the same thing pretty much everyone does - start a website on how to make money online.

As for squeeze page I think there are couple thousand or tens of thousands like it - probably auto-generated with some software too.

If it was the year 2001 it may grab ppl's attention but it's too common nowadays - most people are bombarded with pages like that many will simple ignore it...or if they optin of course your emails will be lost amongst the 100 others emails about make money online. It's too ordinary that's my point.

Of course feel free to test it out with traffic and see how much it converts and look at email stats like open rate, ctr rate and # of sales and you'll know if it's working then

      my opinion.

        Good observation.

The very first thought I had was someone stealing content.

        Edit:

Agree with making the outline of the email field more visible.

The headline is as clumsy as it is cheesy. I would rewrite this:

SECRET COPY & PASTE FORMULA GENERATES ORDINARY PEOPLE EXTRAORDINARY INCOMES FROM HOME

        into this:

Secret Copy & Paste Formula Makes Extraordinary Incomes for Ordinary People Working From Home.

Notice the title case as opposed to ALL CAPS.

It's still cheesy and hard to believe, but at least it's easier to understand.

Overall - it looks like a good capture page, and will convert.

However, if I was to be really picky - I would perhaps suggest that you could tweak these things a little bit:

(these are just my personal opinions)

    1) Your headline.

...I think that there is to much text on the page.

I would perhaps just have one headline. I also like to make sure that I am very specific about what people are opting in for.

Yes, this will decrease conversions. But, that can be a good thing. Because you will have a very targeted list. For example; if you told people you would show them how to make $100 with list-building... you can be sure that the only people who opt in would like to build a list. Therefore; you can promote them HIGHLY related offers etc.

    Make sense?

(A good tip that you can do is take any existing headlines that you might have, and then go to fiverr.com and get a professional copy-writer to create you an awesome one!)

    2) "Free Instant Access"

Personally - I would prefer to go with something like "Unlock This Training Now", or something.

Use "free" carefully. Because, you might attract freebie seekers, and therefore have poor conversions etc.

Try to also include some more power words that speak DIRECTLY to your audience.

Those are just my thoughts. It's a great looking page, and will do really well already. However, I would just tweak those things to make sure that you create the best QUALITY list. :-)

    Stay awesome,
    Tom

      I would go with "Download".

    You know what...

I really like your squeeze page.

It's basic, and straight to the point.

    Excellent job, my friend

It's not a bad landing page at all, however as previously mentioned I would add a stronger border or background colour to the input box to make it stand out a little more.

I like the wording, particularly "generates ordinary people extraordinary income".

Simple with a strong call to action is very important. Doing the right thing asking for feedback. Best of luck!

Based on the website in your signature, plus the info on your landing page... ALL of the questions that you have asked us YOU should already know the answer to them all. Good luck in your question in the MMO niche... but don't be surprised if you don't last 1 month in this niche.

By the way... i'd easily take $300/day on ebay as opposed to an info-product pitch.

How many successful promotions have you seen where the term "ordinary people" is used?

    I don't know of any.

Most people don't think of themselves as "ordinary".

Accepting your proposition requires them to do just that.

    Your landing page looks fine.

Below are some of my suggestion...

    1. Headline

You should have a larger font for your headline. And don't capitalize all your letters, that is not easy to read. Just capitalize first letter of each word.

Rewrite it a little bit. Make it more catchy.

    2. Privacy

Just rewrite the privacy statment. Don't show your autoresponder service.

Regarding traffic, I will go for soload, you can search service on this forum or facebook. Chec out testimonials before placing your order.

    Hi,
See my comments and hope the following would help.
    1. First, the message is not clear. “Secret Copy & Paste Formula Makes Extraordinary Incomes for Ordinary People Working From Home” is somewhat really confusing.

Try to rewrite it in a simpler statement but the idea is there.

    2. Enter your email to unlock this free video training: is again vague and not a catchy one. try something that is more direct to the point like "Unlike this training now!"
    3. your privacy message must be bigger. people care about their privacy above all!
    thanks!
