How do you get people to subscribe to an e commerce page. I have a page selling clothes accessories, but is it worth putting an opt in page to build a list, what can I offer them to subscribe?

    You have lots of options to grow your ecommerce site's email list.

    1. You could send targeted traffic to an optimized landing page.
    - You can use Facebook ads to send highly targeted traffic to a landing page with clear offer and prominent email opt-in form.

    2. Discount codes are often effective.
    - On product category and/or detail pages you can add a popup opt-in form which offer's a nice discount for joining your list.

    3. Opt-in form in the footer.
    - This will not generate a large percentage of your opt-in's, but it's worth trying.

    4. Add an opt-in checkbox option in your checkout form.
    - Be careful here and measure the effect on cart abandonment. But it can be effective.

    5. In order confirmation emails, link back to a landing page on your site.
    - Link to a landing page similar to that described for the Facebook ad.
