starting e-commerce website

i want to start and e-commerce website with wordpress(woocommerce) currently i sell on ebay , and i do dropshipping
i have a good dedicated server
most of products i will sell are from China but i know some companies that offer to me products from usa but can ship only to USA , i dont know how to config this in woocommerce ?
im planning to drive traffic from facebook ,instagram and pinterest .
any other suggest?
