I would like to know how much work would be involved in building, populating and building a site like thisiswhyimbroke.com.

Many of their items are on Amazon, but they seem to have exclusive affiliate or advertising deals with specialty suppliers. How do they do it? How do they add new items to their inventory? Thanks.

Hmm, not sure if I understand your concern.
You are wondering how they build popularity of the site itself or how they work on the content?

I'm more interested in how they stock their site. Do they do it manually?

I, too, am confused by the question. I'm not sure why you think this is anything but your standard run of the mill affiliate site or why you think the affiliate deals they have with suppliers other than Amazon are "exclusive." There is not an ounce of original content on the entire website. It's a giant copy/paste job.

Even I started one website like twib
But I am very curious about how they pushing the website to top sales as I can't see so much in the SEO area. The descriptions are pretty little when compared to other authority sites. I think they spend a lot in the Ads.

They don't focus on SEO, and the owner has said in interviews that very little of the traffic comes from organic SEO. Most of it comes from their other marketing efforts, like social, email marketing, etc.
