How to get video ranking highly in youtube

my issue is how to get views and subscribers other than doing SEO

Your title is important, you want your keyword in there,

Your description is important, you want your keyword in there,

The video you upload is important, Youtube will look at the TITLE of the video you upload to determine what the video is about, so put your keyword in there,

You want to add relevant tags,

The thumbnail you upload is important, make sure the title of your thumbnail has your keyword in there, because Youtube will look,

Then you want people to watch your videos until the end. If they stop after 30 seconds, it will tell Youtube that people are not really interested and it will not rank well,

Number of likes is important, your competition is important...Are all the videos in that category over one year old? Might be hard to rank better than them,

And most importantly, do you have a lot of videos? Do you upload regularly? Youtube prefers to rank videos from people who upload a lot of videos for obvious reasons.

It takes time to do all of this, but this is how to do it.

Of course their are a few hacks and tricks, like doing videos with people in your niche to go grab their audience, etc.
