How do I update the quantity of product (more than thousand) on my eCommerce store?

I need to update the more than thousands products on my website but it'll take a lot of time. Can anyone help me how I do this so that I can save my time?

    Most platforms have the ability to import and export products via a spreadsheet. If you can get inventory sent to you in spreadsheet form from your supplier, it's simply a matter of organizing that file in the same order that your product import/export file is arranged and then copying the stock quantities from the supplier's column to the same column in your import sheet before uploading it back to your store.

    Incidentally, this is one of the main reasons we do not advocate setting up Superstores and prefer smaller niche websites.

    We have 3 own ecommerce shops, 2 ebay stores, 1 Amazon and are working on other sales channels. In total so far 3000 products online.
    The only way to get this working is with clean data and automation.
    There is shipping software out there (ours isn't very good so I don't recommend it but it does it's job ok) which can sync the current quantity to all sales channels.
    QuickBooks can maintain stock levels as well - your shipping / fulfillment software then needs to be a slave to a QuickBooks master.
