Hello,

Few years ago almost anyone had a chance to make killing in amazon fba as there wasnt too much competition, especially in US market, but now tons of new sellers are joining fba business model, so my question is if there are still room for new sellers and if there are still an opportunity to make money in US amazon market?

I would say yes there is, you just have to know how to find the right products to sell. There many different techniques and software that you can use to find products and go "down the rabbit hole".

It is! It's just that it's getting harder and harder. Lots of competition, counterfeits, black hat, Amazon's white brands... nobody said it was easy!

Not sure about Australia but I will say I would be careful because Australia's Ecomm market is not like most other places, It is not as mature.

The answer to your question is such an obvious YES. Amazon. Amazon sales continue to grow at a significant rate.

Currently a large percentage (approximately 50%) of all the sales that take place on Amazon are sold by third party sellers, If people are buying from the site it only makes sense to have your inventory there.

Yes, of course! the scope for it will only gonna increase, although the competition will be little high but if you got great products with you, then probably everything will work great as per your expectation.

  • Yes, it is still possible. However, it is getting much harder. Most important part is finding the right product.

Why in the world not? FBA stands for "Fulfillment By Amazon". They are just warehousing and shipping your products and it has absolutely nothing to do with the Amazon platform, although you could certainly list your products on Amazon, too, if you want.

Assuming that it is no longer profitable would be saying that pretty much no eCommerce is profitable anymore other than packing and shipping things yourself, dropshipping or downloadable files.
