JVzoo - Getresponse integration problem

I already set up everything with the front end product. Now someone bought and his email is not added to my list. What can be wrong??

Any insight is appreciated.

    Is it a JVZoo/GR account?

    If so, contact JVZoo's support and they'll check on it for you (and push through any buyers that didn't get added for whatever reason).

    If not, you'll need to contact GR's compliance dept and request single optin for that campaign (list) via API. They'll send you a list of simple questions to answer. Takes about 24-48 hours to get it approved.

    EDIT: Just noticed you said you were on a trial account - this MAY have something to do with it. It's possible that full integration is not enabled on trial accounts (to avoid spammers/hackers/ne'er do wells)

    Thanks. But I logged into my Getresponse account and when I checked the list I created from within Jvzoo, it is in double optin mode. And I changed it to single optin in the settings. I have disabled both. Maybe it works now.Let's see.
      • Enable confirmed opt-in:
      • Email subscriptions
        Web subscriptions

        A confirmation email will be sent to each new subscriber
        who signs up using these subscription methods.

    That might be your problem.

    It might not convert over until you actually pay for first month.

    I remember receiving an email from JVZoo with the code they give you, and I thought (but could be wrong) that you need to upgrade your GR account.

    I wrote Getresponse and no response till now. I am missing some subscribers. Well I can't help it.
