I have 3000+ users on my WordPress site how to convert to email list

Hi

I have not done any list building or email marketing before as I just don't know where to start, I have however noticed hat there are over 3000 users on my WordPress site without any of them making a post. Now I imagine these may be spam but if not is there any way of exporting them for use?
I would imagine many spammers are into making money?

    3k registered members or just commenters?

    basically, you'll need to send them an email to ask them to join your list first; but without any post, I think almost them are spammers with fake emails

    It's possible the emails are invalid or bad email addresses. The best way to find out before sending is to thoroughly clean your list. You can use a service like BriteVerify to remove any spam traps or bad email addresses.

    I had a similar situation a few years ago, I'm not saying this is the right thing to do but what I did was just put them on an excel file and uploaded to the auto responder. I was using get response at the time and it worked a treat.

    First, you should clean up the list with an appropriate program, those that remain can ask to join your list, I think many are spammers.

    You can't really export spam nowadays, but what you can do is if it is a genuine email lists, leverage it into traffic. Either way cover your data field to give the people were signing up an incentive to want to buy something from you, or you need to be able to offer that list in a way that word is package so will look valuable to the person you're trying to sell too.
