    Free software is very nice for newbie Email marketers. Mailchimp, Getresponse, Aweber, Send Bluster and more of Email sending software. You can free trial version all of , when you satisfied then you can paid method.

      I will suggest you to check mailchimp, vertical response and benchmark email. These are really good. You can get the free version and after sometime you can switch to paid version.
