Not for "harvesting email addresses", no!

Sending marketing emails to "scraped" email addresses is illegal.

It will also - partly for that reason - be contrary to the terms of service of any companies with whom you do business online (such as autoresponders, ISP's, ESP's, domain-name registrars and hosting companies and ClickBank), and they will all stop doing business with you very suddenly indeed, if anyone complains to them about you.

And quite apart from all that, it won't produce any income for you, anyway, because email marketing is permission-based and these aren't people who have given you permission to send them email because you're the person from whom they want to receive email.

This isn't email marketing at all. It's just spamming. So, it's a no-benefit, illegal, very high-risk plan.

You need to only email people who are opted in. You will lose your hosting immediately and now you can even be fined for sending unsolicited email. Don't do it. Set up a page, get a reputable autoresponder code into it and email responsibly. There is still money in this and lots - but don't spam, you'll come to a sticky end..

If you do it the wrong way.

There's a huge misconception about the CAN SPAM laws. At least in the US, the land of the land is 'opt-out', not opt-in.
