How do you build an inline sign up form on Get Responce

Hi all,

I have created a side bar opt in form via Get Responce with no issues, but I am also hoping to create an inline form (see example below) to go half way through blog posts.

I have tried to figure out how to do this in the form creation tool on GR with no luck. All you can do is have the name box above the email box rather than next to it.

Has anybody been able to do this? If not is there another resource that I need to use?
