Freelancer Panel

I am looking to make a website where I will be selling products/services. I would like to be able to keep track of all my clients so I can communicate with them in a clean manner.

Freelancer Panel seems very nice, however it is problematic to me that the site is ugly and new clients can't create their own accounts. Does anyone have a recommendation for a better script/program for project management?
