Classified Generation- Automatically Submit to 500 Classified Sites

I recently got an email from Howie Schwartz. I have bought things from him in the past that have been pretty cool.

Has anyone tried this software out?
Classified Generation

Supposely you can submit your ad to 500 classified websites in an instant and get some good backlinks.

Sounds good in therory, but I wanted to hear if any warriors have used this.

Any feedback is great.

Hmm...I got the email today as well and was wondering what other people thought of it! Even with the discount of paying $147 it seems kind of high priced....and thats only using it for 12 months!

I bought 12 months membership and published my first ad yesterday. It's been more than 18 hours since my first ad went live...so far it only submitted to 3 ; remaining 509 are still in the Que.

So at this rate it will take more than 6 months to submit my ad (I don't know if that's how it's supposed to work?!)

More than 90% of those sites are definitely not worth. They are all mirror junk sites which looks like FFA. I was looking for a classified ad submitter which submits ads to 20-30 quality sites.

This software is limited to only 100 people....so get it faaaaaaaaast!!!

I'll wait for few days and submit few more ads to check it again.

"You can submit up to 5 sites a day and up to a whopping 150 sites a month!" copied it from the sales letter. So it takes 3,5 months to submit to 502 sites. I also checked the big list of classifieds pdf which came with an email. I randomly chose some sites from the list, tried 6 or 7. One was banned hosting account. One was website of some people finding product. Only this one had pagerank of 1 the others had 0 or were unranked. Others were just weird sites.

I actually haven't bought the product and with this information I'm not going to.

Yeah ive been looking at this today...will be interested to see if it actually helps anyone as I do like the idea of listing to classifieds - and for sure they arent going to be high page rank but will that really matter if you are doing 1 ad a week say?

All of sudden my report says it submitted to 347 sites; there are nothing left in the queue. I randomly checked more than dozen sites to verify... nothing! (infact these sites are absolute CRAP)

    My Conclusion:
I have added Howie Schwartz to my "DO NOT BUY LIST"

This looked very interesting as does all Howie's sales letters. Who wouldn't want to spend 20 minutes to have your ad posted to 502 classified sites? And this point is emphasized in the letter several times.

But one line from the sales letter stuck out for me:

"You can submit up to 10 sites a day and up to a whopping 300 sites a month! (Just Doubled)"

Huh?? If it submits to 500+ sites in twenty minutes then what is he talking about here? This seems to contradict the 500+ sites in 20 minutes claim. I can submit to 10 sites a day using roboform easily, why would I pay for this?

I have asked customer service to answer what this means but they don't seem to know what the product really does [maybe they are outsourced help for Howie] because all I get back is my question reworded. I just resubmitted my question for a third time, hope fully they can answer it for me.

      Godman,
I believe it means that you can submit up to 10 of your sites to all the directories daily. Which would be a good thing, but as mentioned above, I randomly chose about ten "directories" from the pdf and did a little research. None of the ones I chose were anything that I'd want to associate with.

Most looked to be really old FFA stuff and some domains were defunct.

If anything, it could be detrimental to associate your site with "those" neighborhoods.

I was really surprised that this came from Howie.
      HTH
      Kind regards,
      Ken

Good to read this info - I've found Howie's stuff to be good value in the past, but it sounds like this one is more like a beta test! I assume people are getting their money back then?

    best wishes,

    Jon.

I got the email as well and checked out about 10 of the links--they are either dead links, or parked domains. I don't think I'm going to be spending $147 on this product for sure. I agree this is not Howie's standard quality product.

How long have you been using Classified Connection?

Does it list to big sites like craigslist, pageback, adlandpro, etc?

What rating would you think Alexa gives for those free sites that they post too?

        Good to read your input??

        Thanks

Forget about ANY free classified AD submission software for a moment and take a look at reality by googling this search phrase...

    free classified ads

Scan those sites by drilling down to at least the 12th page in the SERPs. Take a look at the various POSTED ads because this is what you are aspiring to do; post free ads right? Right!

    Here's what you will find...

(a). All of the sites use the term, "Free Classified Ads" to lure customers who they hope will become paying advertisers. To be clear; they DO NOT want free advertisers! But saying FREE is the tried and true method of drawing the masses. To be crystal clear; they only want paying advertisers who have upgraded their accounts.

(b). The free ads they allow are extremely limited. Meaning you will either face: NO Follow links, NO active backlinks at all, NO anchored text, NO way for the reader to click any link because NO Live URLs are allowed... UNLESS you become a paid advertiser.

Here is a look at a common free ad: http://freeadad.com/classifieds/info.php?id=476&PHPSESSID=5027c24b5b1bfe2604f46c5a 43d020e8

What SEO purpose does that ad serve? You tell me! 97% of your free ads are going to look like that or worse.

(c). You will also notice, if you do your homework, that the majority of those sites are set up to defeat/hinder automated submissions. They regularly change the sign-up URL and implement other measures to defeat bot submissions. BUT, people continue to sell the "Free classified submission scripts" because they know the average IM is not going to do their homework by checking out the facts on the back end.

(d). Once you place your add, you will regularly see upsells like these:
    • Free Basic Online Only Ad - This ad includes 1 photo, buyer-seller communications and expanded text on xx.com for 30 days. To upgrade, click here.
    • We are now running our own brand of text ads. For a small setup fee you can have your text ads proudly added to our text ads rotation with NO additional cost EVER.
    • To open storefront* in DomesticSale "Easy Store" just place "Premium" or "Upgraded" ad to main classifieds. or upgrade your existing free ad. To add items for free and save money buy membership. Start from $4.00. *- PayPal account required.
In addition, countless IMers take a stab at launching Free Classified Ad sites with the grandeur illusions of striking it rich. They are convinced they can buy a $49.00 "Free Classified Script" launch the site and make easy money with the Ads and by adding Adsense.

Having shared that, if there is software application that can submit to 500 free classified sites that allow links, either anchored text or naked links, I'd like to see it!

And I want verifiable proof! Meaning, we will be checking all 500 sites for SEO purposes.

If you do your homework, you can come to your own wise conclusions.
