Is that long quote really necessary?
If you are replying to the last post in the thread, it's not necessary to quote the entire post. It makes it hard for readers to follow.
'Posts' which consist of a very long quote followed by a very short reply tend not to last long here.
Use quotes when you are replying to points made in earlier posts.
