Who can recommend a good leads software?

Hi there. I have a couple of businesses online but lately, I seem to be having a lot of problems when it comes to leads management and the like. My employees are also too burdened now trying to organize things. Can anybody recommend a trusty leads software that will really be able to help me? I understand that there are lots out there, but which ones among them really work and can be a worthwhile investment? Thanks!

    Hi Katherine,

You could try Zoho CRM. They have a free version for good for 3 users. They have salesforce automation, web-to-lead forms, marketing automation etc.

It's a Software As Service (Saas), meaning it works on any web browser and you don't have to install any software on your system or your employees' PCs. Because it's Saas, you can use it from any computer (even when you're on a cruise, as long as there is internet access ) -- and your employees and sales agents can access it whereever they are.

A more expensive option is Salesforce, another Saas.

I also use Batchbook (also an Saas) as CRM/contact manager. It's tightly integrated with Zendesk (helpdesk) and Freshbooks (invoicing), and tracks your contacts' social network profiles so you can establish more personal relationships with your clients.

I liked Saas (cloud-based apps) better than desktop software because I can access it from anywhere and I don't have to worry about data security and system failures.

I'm a big fan of CRM systems that work more like a Queue for salespeople to work through. This is the only one that I know that works in this way. Basically you setup the "best practices" to call on a prospect and it will pop in your queue on the day when it was assigned automatically.

      Many thanks Gerry and Ryan!

Yes, Zoho CRM is useful, but does not fully do what we need. You see, I have just started working for a lead generation company, and we need software to generate live leads on our websites, and instantly and automatically distribute those leads to buyers and sales people.

Right now, we do most of this manually when it comes to internet leads (most of what we do is call center lead generation). We are currently looking at Instant Leads Lead Generation Software - Free Trial and it seems to do most of what we need, but I'm not so sure if it has CRM functionality, which would be important for prioritizing and tracking leads all the way through to closing.

Do you or anyone out there have any experience with Instant Leads Generator?
