Are thr Free Banner Exchange programs useless?
There are so many confusing reviews about the free banner exchange sites. I was surprised by the low quality product/service many of them are offering.
I have 2 questions.
-Which sites do you recommend?
-Does the closed community effect kill the whole idea. Can I expect little traffic progress with this?
I have tried whambanners.com, linkbudies.com, bannerexchangenow.com and others. Many sites have 15kb upload limit for 1 banner
