Last night I purchased a blog package from Niche Blog Packages a company owned by Warrior Member Stephanie what follows is my review.
What you get
A fully featured wordpress blog dedicated to a particular niche. Mine was for hemorrhoids (farmers, chalfonts, nobbies, grapes call 'em what you will) other niches include: weddings, body building, twitter, Spanish, or if you're into embarrassing personal problems, yeast infections. Each niche blog is limited to 25 sales.
These blogs come with unique articles, attractive graphics, adsense, Amazon, clickbank links already built in. All you have to do is (buy a domain name, get some hosting if you don't have it already) upload all the files to your host server. Once you've done that, you need to change code in the ads so that you get the credit for the sales.
There is also a PLR report for your niche with a minisite and squeeze page template. You will need to change some code so you get the rewards.
Included in the package was a PDF explaining step-by-step exactly what to do with screenshots. These screenshots have helpful labels on them pointing out exactly where to click and in what order.
How long does it take to get started?
When I first looked at the Blog Install PDF I probably gulped. It did look a little bit complicated. My previous level of ability was confined to setting up Wordpress via Fantastico and then uploading themes that I liked.
However, each individual step described in the PDF is simple and clearly explained. Even if you don't really understand exactly what's happening, all you have to do is click this button, click that button, replace the demo URL with your URL, click another button and the step is over and done with.
There is a 2nd PDF detailing how to set up your domain name and get hosting (if you don't already know how to) as well as setting up your autoresponder and managing your minisite and squeeze templates.
It took me about half a day to complete all the necessary steps.
How much does it cost?

Evaluation
For the price, the value is outstanding. In my opinion it is worth that money for the education alone. By that I mean, learning more about Wordpress itself. I've spent hours searching around looking for themes, trying to understand widgets and plugins, thinking about colour schemes, and so on. Included in the accompanying PDF are not only the setup instructions but an FAQ style tutorial on how to make changes to the blog if you so wish.
You also get a lesson in setting up an autoresponder, minisite and squeeze template for shifting the PLR report (supplied as part of the package).
So, for me, the $29.97 is worth the money just for the experience of putting the whole thing together. If you are new to IM and want to understand how to put a decent monetized blog together, these blogs are highly recommended.
But, of course, you don't just get a lesson in putting these blogs together - you get the blog itself.
Conclusion
A very nicely put together niche blog and a very nicely put together package. Well-written and informative tutorials to complement well designed and constructed blogs.
For the price, superb value.
