I need websites creating for my parked domains

I have approx 47 domain names which are parked at SEDO
they are just gathering dust and not making me any money.

So I am considering to have nice simple and attractive websites
made for the domains. They should be made on the Wordpress
platform as it's easier to flip at a later stage.

I can always get content written up for the relevant keyword
domains. It would be good to have them monetized with Amazon
and Clickbank links and a sprinkling of SEO.

I Don't want sites that are too fancy, they must look presentable and be fast loading.
KISS ....Keep it simple please. Each site might have a few pages and I
will supply all written content.

I am not going to pay fancy prices, I know what the market prices are for building sites. You need
to be very very competitive. There's nearly 50 sites I need over a period of
time. I also buy and sell domains so there could be a more than that. I will
pay half by PayPal when I see the first draft sample and the balance on completion.
Or I could arrange escrow if that helps.

I could do them all myself but I just haven't the time at present.
