I thought I had all the kinks out of the network when I invited some Warriors to try out my software. Well, it turns out I did not have all the kinks out like I thought I did. They have been trying desperately to get the software and once they could do that, my tutorial page broke and I had to scramble to fix that. Well, at last I have the download fix and the tutorial page fixed!! I just hope that they are not too discouraged with me as I have fought with this all day to fix things as I found out about them. I am not a quitter but I just hope that they realize that I am not a quitter and that the software should be judged on the merits of what it can do rather than on the snafus that hung up the delivery. One more thing about this is that I know now that the delivery system is now debugged and ready for the sales pages to point back to it.

Might be a good idea to send this to them in an email!

I know this isnt probably your intention but it seems like your trying to generate interest in your product at the moment.

No, that is not my intention at all. I just have been so busy this day that I have not had time to breathe. Also, I am kind of hoping that another Warrior might give me some tips so this never happens again. I don't think I could take another day like today.

I know exactly how you feel though i often get that myself it's horrible! Then even worse when more things keep going wrong!

Exactly!! It seems like it starts a chain reaction or something. The next thing you know the entire day is spent and what do you have to show for it? Nothing, really. That is the bad part.

Ahh at least then it isn't hanging over you the next day!

Get it over and done with is what i always think of when something goes wrong. Better earlier than later, especially when you could be loosing out on money and/or clients (new or existing).

You do have a very valid point there. I would much rather keep the clientele happy than to make them frustrated and ready to walk out on you. People's attention spans are so short today anyhow, it really makes it rough sometimes.

Seems that me and you are having a private and yet public conversation here!

Are we the only two people that face problems and force ourselves to fix them :S. If so that is kinda worrying to say the least.

I noticed that too but I did not want to say anything about it. I am thinking either no one else cares, they have all outsourced it so they don't have to worry any more or they are just too chicken to admit that they have days like this. lol

                  That's my two cents worth.

I do hope the rest goes smoother than today. Look at the bright side, though - it could have been during the real launch! At least you're getting the glitches out early.

Oh shoot, Tina, I thought you got the email. I am so very sorry. I thought I had gotten that out to everyone. Please forgive me. I will PM you right now with the details.

It would be better, if you email them and let them know what happened. At least they would know, and think that you have just been lazy.
