Is it Okay to have more than one Google Webmaster Tool Account

INTERNET MARKETING

I want to make a website separate from my other websites.

I was wondering If I could make a second webmaster tool account and separate google analytics Account for this website.

Still under my name.

And still use the same adsense code for websites on both webmaster tools ?

Is this in accordance with Adsense policy ?

  I have dozens of accounts, but what's the point if you use the same Adsense code?
  
  No sense trying to keep websites separated, or appearing not to be connected, if you then tell Google via the Adsense code that they have the same owner.

Absolutely, yes it is. Different email addresses - different webmaster accounts.

You can easily setup multiple Google Webmaster Tools or Analytics accounts...You just can't do it with advertising accounts like Adsense/Adwords. Also, it shouldn't be an issue if you have Analytics code from 1 account on your site, and then Adsense code from another.
