EZA confusion

At Ezinearticles.com I read one of the reasons an article may not be accepted is that the title has too many capitals.
After reading that I then read (in their 90 Strategies Audio Training Series) the following "Article Title Letter Casing: Your Article Title should use both lower and upper case lettering with the fi rst letter of each major word capitalized."

So which is it???

E.g.
Is "How to Save Money on Grocery Shopping" ok, or should it be
"How to save money on Grocery Shopping" ?

    Another question - resource boxes can't have other colours in them can they?
    And are URLs automatically made 'clickable' (in the resource box)?

        on the submit article page at the bottom there are three options, Preview Article, Save changes, Submit Article.

    ahhh i see the discrepancy! I was directly editing the resource box not as part of a particular article.
    When you are writing an article there is the option to preview.
    When you're just logged onto your account and you go into resource box and choose to edit one of them there's no preview option.
