Forum Monitor..

Dear Warriors,

I have recently developed a software for one my customer to monitor the specific forum to notify the user whenever new thread is posted..

Apart from new thread post, what are all the notification you would prefer? ( Like if specific keyword discussed, if anyone discussed your name ..something like that)..

I though of build some software around that...

    Many forums today will send you an email informing you that someone replied to your thread/post.

    You are not the first one to come up with this software.

    Is this a realtime monitoring system?

    Personally, I'd want a system that tracks thanks

    Your software would be useful for CONTENT MARKETING

    Why?

    People can use it to get ideas regarding HOT topics.

    To do content marketing right, you have to hit the RIGHT topics. Hot topics are part of the equation.

      Also, link mentions.

      Finally, if there was a way to track NEGATIVE or POSITIVE comments, that would be great for online BRAND BUILDING or REPUTATION MANAGEMENT.

    There are a lot of software titles out there for reputation management that does something similar, but i haven't played with any of the free ones lately so I can't give any recommendations.
