I bought a WSO that says if not right for you , that you can ask for a refund , well I cant use the WSO due to some knowledge left out of the post which wont apply to my own sites.

I tried to reply in the thread it says I need 30 posts to reply there , I do not want to forum spam my count up just to ask for a refund. I tried to PM the guy but he has PMs disabled so now It seems I have zero way of asking for a refund

how can I fix this ?

    I think that PMs are disabled until you reach 30 posts? I might be wrong about that. Anyway, what about contacting his paypal email address. It's a start at least...

    Hrmm I have received Pms and sent some to others well in reply anyway. And wow if I were in HI I would never come back to western NY lol.

    I have tried the email but it may be just a Paypal email dump.

    Well it seems I am stuck no reply to the email and i cant post to the WSO thread where I bought the WSO and he has it set to not accept PMs so I have zero way of asking for a refund like the WSO said one could.
