What if sales page asks for the email and name?

I am willing to promote a Clicksure product. But the sales page asks users to enter their name and email. Now how can I create the landing page again asking the name email? Or should I?

What do I do now?

    Ask the vendor if they have a non-opt-in page available to promote. Some do.

    Otherwise find something else to promote. If you send traffic to an opt-in page that doesn't get hard-coded with your affiliate ID, you are just building the vendor's list.

    I hate it when Clickbank vendors deliberately include their optin-form embedded in the sales letter. I personally would promote something else. If you are driving traffic via your email newsletter, change the affiliate link to something different. This way your hard work in building the list will be intact.
