What's the ugly side of product launching?
I've heard so good things, but few bad stuff ..

If I had to get an answer for this question, I'd say
- dealing with refund disputes on PayPal
- customer service

what about you ?

    I think getting known.
    When you launch a product and you're new on the market you're a nobody.
    So even when it is a unique product, you have the fight the unknown factor and people will keep using the shit they know.

    I have/had the same problem.

    I invested +250K in a very good web builder and the first months after the launch it was killing me. Why people now want to use it?
    But then the first start to use it, got feedback and so on. When the number 50 came I felt proud and after that I went faster and faster. But it took months and months before it went well. And all those months I had to pay my staff, offices and so on.

    Alot of people get product launches wrong
    I know unknown people that launch a product
    and they become successful. It's all about
    the steps taken that make your launch a
    success.

    The main thing people mess up on is getting
    a pre launch list. Once you get your pre launch
    down pack, when you launch you will have
    a great amount of sales rushing in, which then
    grabs affiliates attention, which leads to more
    sales.

    Then you focus on Jvs, and that will take you to
    the next level in terms of authority and profitability.

    Dealing with disputes is only if you are selling on your own. If you own a CB product or simular networks then its not that much into your hands.

    I just released my first product and these are mine downsides sofar:
    1. i've got myself into a competitive niche with many other (big) products, so standing out is really hard
    2. i have no 'networking' with any affiliates in this niche, meaning that to get the ball rolling i would need to somehow attract new affiliates and i have no clue how. Increasing comission % isn't a magic button if your product has 0 sales.

    My friend,
    Brand your self and become known to people in the niche....
    use as many social network and communicate...

    If you have a list then ask them question on the product they might be interested in...
    Try doing a survey on the product you already have and see what majority think...

    Daily communication in the right way that is entertaining and getting your word out at the same time,
    Can make a quiz that manipulates to branding your product and yourself...

    After that then excite people telling them something great is coming.... Build that tease....

    set a date of launch and make people think that something is coming out that will solve the problem to their solution....

    Don't rush straight in and work your way building that trust and slowly brand your self....

    Give more value to people and then once you think your in that position.... BOOM!.
